Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using the jituwin platform. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out in this document. These Terms apply to all players across Bangladesh.
Definitions
Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms carry the meanings set out below. Understanding these definitions is essential for interpreting your rights and obligations as a user of the jituwin platform.

| "Wager" / "Bet" | Any stake of real-money BDT funds placed on a casino game outcome, sports betting market, crash game, or any other real-money gaming activity available on the Platform. |
| "Bonus Funds" | Promotional credits, free spins, or any other non-cash incentive awarded to a Player by jituwin, subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that every Player must complete before withdrawals are processed and certain Platform features are unlocked. |

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing jituwin — whether by visiting the website, completing the registration form, logging into an existing Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.
These Terms & Conditions are incorporated by reference with the jituwin Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a game-specific rule, the more specific rule shall prevail in respect of that game or promotion only; in all other respects these Terms shall take precedence.
Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. jituwin will use reasonable efforts to notify Players of material changes via email or on-site notification, but the absence of such notification does not invalidate any amendment.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
jituwin is a real-money gaming platform intended exclusively for adults. To register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times during your use of jituwin:
- You are at least 18 years of age. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using the Platform in any capacity.
- You are using the Platform in your own name, for your own personal entertainment, and not on behalf of any third party.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of jituwin or any of its technology or content partners.
- You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through jituwin's Responsible Gaming tools or through any other mechanism, that is currently in effect.
- Your use of the Platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country and/or region of residence.
jituwin reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during a Player's use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in Account suspension until the verification is completed.
Account Registration & KYC
To access real-money gaming features on jituwin, you must create a Player Account by completing the registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. jituwin reserves the right to close any Account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
The registration process requires you to provide, at minimum, a valid email address, a mobile phone number, a username, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. jituwin will never ask you to share your password with our support team or any other party.
As part of our commitment to security and fair play, jituwin operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request can be processed. The documents we may request include, but are not limited to:
- Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence bearing your photograph and date of birth.
- Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your name and residential address in Bangladesh.
- Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits and withdrawals.
- Source of Funds (if requested): Documentation demonstrating the legitimate origin of funds deposited into your jituwin Account, where the total deposit volume triggers an enhanced due diligence review.
jituwin targets a response time of 24–48 hours for standard KYC submissions. You will be notified via email and on-site notification of the outcome. If additional documentation is required, our support team will contact you at support@jituwin. Documents must be submitted in a clear, unaltered, and legible format. Edited or digitally manipulated documents will be rejected and may result in permanent Account closure.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on jituwin are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jituwin supports a range of payment methods commonly used across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers.
jituwin operates a same-name payment policy: deposits and withdrawals must originate from and be directed to accounts registered in the same legal name as your jituwin Player Account. Attempting to deposit using a payment account belonging to a third party, or requesting a withdrawal to a third-party account, is a violation of these Terms and will result in the transaction being declined and, in serious cases, Account suspension.
Deposits made in error (for example, a duplicate deposit) should be reported immediately to support@jituwin. jituwin will investigate and, where confirmed, reverse the erroneous transaction. However, jituwin cannot be held liable for deposits made to an incorrect account number or mobile wallet number as a result of Player error.
Bonuses & Promotions
jituwin offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section as well as any promotion-specific terms published on the relevant bonus page at the time of the offer.
- Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be staked before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stipulated time period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
- One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus is active will cause the previous bonus to be forfeited.
- Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games and certain crash games may contribute at a reduced rate. The precise contribution rates for each game category are published on the Promotions page.
- Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted single-wager amount is ৳500 (or the equivalent as stated in the promotion terms). Placing wagers in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
- Bonus Abuse: jituwin monitors gameplay patterns for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to extract bonus value. Where abuse is detected, jituwin reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and close the Account.
- No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real-money BDT unless the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
jituwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed by a Player, the terms in effect at the time of claiming will continue to apply to that Player's bonus balance.
Game Rules & Fair Play
All casino games available on jituwin — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, card games, and virtual sports — operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are streamed from regulated studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other licensed providers. The outcome of every game is determined independently of any action taken by jituwin and is not subject to manipulation by the Platform.
Each game has its own set of rules published within the game interface. It is your responsibility as a Player to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. jituwin accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including but not limited to server disconnection, software error, or network failure — jituwin's technical logs will be used to determine the outcome of the affected round. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account. jituwin's decision in such matters is final.
Prohibited Conduct
To protect the integrity of the Platform and the interests of all Players, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on jituwin. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials; submitting forged or altered identity documents; providing false information during registration or KYC.
- Money Laundering: Using jituwin to deposit, layer, or withdraw proceeds of criminal activity. jituwin has zero tolerance for money laundering and will cooperate fully with any investigation by relevant authorities.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker variants or coordinated betting in live casino games.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile financial service provider in respect of a deposit that has been legitimately received and credited to your jituwin Account.
- Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or using a different identity, for any purpose including bonus harvesting.
- Underage Use: Allowing or facilitating access to jituwin by any person under the age of 18.
- System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting any software error, pricing error, or technical malfunction for financial gain. Any winnings arising from an exploited error are not legitimate and will be voided.
Account Suspension & Closure
jituwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
- A Player's voluntary request to self-exclude or close their Account via jituwin's Responsible Gaming tools.
- Confirmed underage gambling.
- Account inactivity — an Account that has not been logged into for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. jituwin will make reasonable efforts to contact the Account holder before applying any dormancy fee or closing a dormant account.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting the support team at support@jituwin. Upon receiving a closure request, jituwin will process any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.
Players who have self-excluded through jituwin's Responsible Gaming tools may not request Account reopening before the end of the chosen exclusion period. jituwin will not reopen a self-excluded account early under any circumstances, including at the direct request of the Player.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jituwin shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity — even if jituwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jituwin's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total amount of real-money BDT deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jituwin does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted basis or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain Platform uptime, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may cause temporary unavailability. jituwin accepts no liability for losses attributable to Platform downtime.
Gambling is inherently risky, and financial loss is an expected and accepted outcome of placing real-money wagers. By using jituwin, you acknowledge that you understand the financial risks involved and that jituwin cannot be held liable for losses arising from the normal operation of games of chance. Players are encouraged to use Responsible Gaming tools and to wager only amounts they can afford to lose.
Privacy & Data Protection
jituwin is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all Players. Our data collection, storage, and processing practices are governed in full by the jituwin Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. In summary, jituwin collects personal data — including name, date of birth, address, contact details, payment information, and gameplay data — for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and service improvement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not share it with third parties except where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform (for example, sharing payment data with bKash or Nagad to process transactions).
All personal data is stored using 256-bit SSL encryption. Access to Player data is restricted to authorised jituwin personnel on a need-to-know basis. You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you by contacting support@jituwin.
Amendments to These Terms
jituwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version of the Terms currently published on this page at /terms-conditions is the version in effect. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated whenever a material change is made.
Where jituwin makes a material change to these Terms that could adversely affect the rights of existing Players, we will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account. However, it remains your responsibility to check this page regularly for updates.
If you do not agree to an amended version of the Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and contact support@jituwin to request Account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
